Kirsten's Famous Wheat Free Waffles

Ingredients:

1 cup Brown Rice Flour 1/2 Cup Oat Flour 1/2 Cup of Almond Meal (Flour) 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp. Salt 1 1/4 Cup Skim Milk 2 eggs, separated 6 Tbsp. Olive Oil 1 Tbsp. Ground Flaxseed 1 Tsp. Vanilla 2 Tbsp. Cane Sugar (Optional)

Instructions:

1)Mix all dry and wet ingredients together except the egg whites. 2) Beat egg whites until stiff. 3) Gently mix beaten egg whites into batter. 4) Pour onto waffle maker.

NOTE: You may want to use a little non-sticking spray as the batter is a bit stickier than most.
