Kirsten's Blueberry Crumble (Low Sugar and Wheat Free)


Crisp: 6 Tbsp Butter-Soft ¾ Cup Oats 1/3 cup Brown Rice Flour 1 ½ Tbsp Maple Syrup or Agave 1/3 Cup Cane Sugar Optional: ¾ Cup Chopped Almonds or Walnuts

Fruit 4 Cups Blueberries 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions 1) Mix blueberries and lemon juice and place in baking dish. 2) Mix sugars and butter together. Add flour and oats and mix until forms soft crumble. 3) Place topping over fruit. 4) Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until crisp in browned.
