Brown Rice Flour Banana Bread

1 cup mashed ripe bananas ¼ cup honey or agave 2 packets stevia or splenda 2 TBSP sugar cane or raw brown sugar 1 TSP Vanilla 2 eggs 1 cup brown rice flour ¼ cup oat or spelt flour ¾ TSP baking powder ½ TSP baking soda ¼ TSP salt ¼ cup olive oil

Directions: 1. Combine banana, sugars and vanilla in medium bowl and beat. 2. Add eggs and beat. 3. Add in flours, baking soda/powder and salt. 4. Add oil. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
